トレッキング – Reaching-Camp Hike

Download Free Here

Here is a “Sound-hike” recording of our last 500 metres or so before reaching Honzawa onsen ( 本沢温泉 ) camp. The microphones were placed on my backpack. And for those who aren’t familiar with hiking in Japan, the bell you hear occasionally in the recording is used to scare bears off. Bear attacks are common in Japanese mountains; therefore, many hikers attach those bells to their bags to keep bears away.
